COVID-19 How Heide's is Responding

Hi there!

We are currently on "Plan C", Both of our locations are closed, but employees will be working via phone and computer to take orders and drop ship them to you. Our business has not "stopped", we have just had to find ways to adapt.

What an unpredictable, ever-changing situation we are in?! Here at Heide's, we are taking the CDC's recommendations seriously. Our response plan to this virus has an A, B, anc C plan, so forgive us as plans change and we keep updating you!


Plan A

For the time being, we will remain open for business ONLY to those who have no symptoms of a cold or flu. This also stands for our employees. Heide's services many men and women with compromised immune systems, please respect this policy by postponing your appointment, reordering previously purchased items through our Quick Reorder inquiry, or calling wither of our stores (218) 722-7860 Duluth, (952) 925-7837 Edina.


Plan B

As the virus spreads into our area, we may need to close the storefront to customers temporarily. We will still be in the office available by phone, email, and through website inquiry to answer questions and place orders.


Plan C

At some point we may need to work from home to reduce the chances our employees get sick. At this time, we will be available by phone, email, and website chat. Calls will rollover to our personal lines, which means you have a higher chance of going to voicemail. If you receive our voicemail, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.



How do I reorder more product?

You can call, email, message, or submit an inquiry for a reorder. We offer free shipping over $25 and can get products out to you relatively quickly (As long as the mail system is up and running).


How do I pay my bill?

You can use the secured online payment portal to make payments on your bill. Payments will be applied immediately. You can also call in a payment to us to process in our system.


How do I make an appointment?

You can call our stores to make an appointment, we will ask some screening questions about how you are feeling. We ask you to respect the fragility of the immune systems of some of our compromised patients, if you develop ANY symptoms, please postpone your appointment. On the other hand, if you are feeling healthy, we will be open for business until otherwise posted.



Our ultimate goals is to keep our employees and clients healthy, while staying in business. With all of the confusion and fear, we are trying to keep our head in the game and keep healthy and in business. We appreciate your support and patience while we are all going through this.
